Ingredients

Boneless chicken- 1kg
Curd -1 cup
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 ½ tsp
Cumin seeds -1 ½ tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
Salt
Green chillies- 5-6no
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Vinegar -1 tsp
Oil-4tbsp

Method

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste and salt for 2 hours. Add curd, red chilli powder, coriander powder. Cumin seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, and keep aside for another 2 hours.
  2. Then take chicken in deep pan. Close lid and keep on slow fire till totally dry.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies. Fry them, then add to chicken pan.Garnish with coriander or curry leaves.
