Ingredients

  1. Boneless chicken – 1/2 kg
  2. Onion – 1 big
    Chopped ginger – 1 tablespoon
    Chopped green chilli – 2-3
  3. Potato – 1 boiled & mashed
  4. Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
    Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
  5. Bread crumbs – 1 cup
    Egg white -1-2
  6. Curry leaves
    Salt
  7. Oil – for frying

Method

  1. Cook & mince the chicken
  2. Saute onion till it becomes soft.
  3. Add chopped ginger, green chillies and curry leaves.
  4. Add minced chicken. Mix well.
  5. Add salt, pepper powder & garam masala. Stir for 5 minutes & remove from gas.Allow the mixture to cool.
  6. Once it is cooled add mash potatoes & mix well.Make small balls with the mixture & roll into desired shapes.
  7. Beat the egg white. Dip each cutlet in egg white & roll with bread crumbs.
  8. Deep fry in oil.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
