Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 portions cooked rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 finely sliced chill pepper (optional)
  • 3 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs of oyster sauce
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of finely sliced of scallion

 

Method:

  • In low heat saute garlic, chilli and ginger until soft and fragant
  • Add egg, scramble until done
  • Add rice, keep stirring
  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce pepper and salt
  • Make sure you mix everything well, every grain of rice has to be coated with soy sauce, taste
  • Add scallion, mix again , serve hot.
