- 1/3 cup vanilla ice cream
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 cup seltzer water
- Place the vanilla ice cream in the bottom of a tall glass.
- Add the chocolate syrup and stir to make a smooth paste.
- Slowly pour the seltzer water over a spoon inside the glass so that the seltzer water is cascading over the spoon.
- Scoop off foam to make room for all of the water.
- Stir until well blended.
