Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • half cup soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp veniger
  • Salt to taste
  • Flour
  • Cracker crumbs, ground fine.

Method:

  • Mix eggs,veniger, soya sauce, milk and salt.
  • Dip mushrooms in eggs, roll in flour, dip in eggs. Roll in crumbs.
  • Deep fry until brown and crusty.
  • Serve with white horseradish sauce or ketchup.
