Ingredients:

  • 1 kg milk
  • 2 to 3 tbsp yougart
  • a bowl you want to make yougart in.

 

Procedure:

  • Boil milk first.
  • leave it for a hour on room temperature.
  • After that pour it in that bowl you want to make yougart in.
  • Add yougart in it.
  • Leave overnight.
  • The next morning your yougart will be ready…enjoy your homemade fresh yougart.
