Indian Beef — 1 kg
Onion — 500gm
Tomato — 2 Big
Ginger/Garlic — 3 Teaspoon (Chopped)
Green Chilly — 5 (Chopped)
Curry Leaves — Hand full(Chopped)
Garam Masala– 2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilly powder — 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder –1 teaspoon
pepper powder — 2 teaspoon
turmeric powder — 1/4 teaspoon
Salt for taste
Method of Preparation
- Chop ginger ,garlic, green chilly & curry leaves together and fry it in 4 tablespoon cooking oil until it becomes golden brown
- Add chopped onions, and tomatoes in medium heat so it will be cooked softly.
- Add all the powders and stir it for 2-3minutes.
- Then add 2 cups of water & make it boil(till oil floats), then add beef and more water till it cooked soft.
use a pressure cooker (no need to add more water only beef) for cooking beef nicely.
