- 1 litre milk
- Vermicelli 1 packet
- Cardamoms 3 to 4
- Sugar 2 to 3 cups.
- Oil for frying.2 tbsp
- Mangoes 3 to 4. without skin.
- Fry vermicelli in oil with cardamoms for 5 minutes add milk to it.
- And cook for about 15 minutes till the ilk starts thickening up. Stirr again and again.
- Now add sugar to it.
- Serve it in a tray with almonds and pistachio.
- Cut mangoes in cube shapes and add to it. Freeze it for 3 to 4 hours minimum and serve chill.
- Your mangoes with vermicelli are ready to eat.
