Ingredients:

  • 1 litre milk
  • Vermicelli 1 packet
  • Cardamoms 3 to 4
  • Sugar 2 to 3 cups.
  • Oil for frying.2 tbsp
  • Mangoes 3 to 4.  without skin.

Method:

  • Fry vermicelli in oil with cardamoms for 5 minutes add milk to it.
  • And cook for about 15 minutes till the ilk starts thickening up. Stirr again and again.
  • Now add sugar to it.
  • Serve it in a tray with almonds and pistachio.
  • Cut mangoes in cube shapes and add to it. Freeze it for 3 to 4 hours minimum and serve chill.
  • Your mangoes  with vermicelli are ready  to eat.
