Smartphones have now become the most important part of our lives. We now use it for almost everything. I mean we use it for getting information, sharing knowledge, talking with friends or families, capturing beautiful moments of our life, gaming and so much more. They are like a mini computer in our pocket, which are always there to help us.
Thanks to its high demand, we now have hundreds and thousands of smartphones in the market. While it is good that we now have more options to choose from, but it is also bad, as now we will have to choose the best smartphone from that big list, which is not an easy task.
To help you with that, we thought to do all the hard work for you and this is what we got. A list of smartphones, which we at The Bleg will recommend to smartphone buyers.
iPhone 6s and 6s Plus
If you are talking about best smartphones in the market, then iPhone is the name you would definitely use. Like every year, this year too Apple gave us new iPhones: the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. Although both of these smartphones look very similar to the iPhone 6 family, but from the inside they are different. Both of these new iPhones are powerful, can do anything you would expect a smartphone to do, are beautifully crafted and run highly secure mobile OS i.e. iOS, which you will only find in Apple smartphones and tablets.
Along with all that, the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus pack a fast fingerprint sensor and a new kind of tech called ‘force touch’ or ‘3d touch.’ You will not find this feature on any of the Android smartphones (except 1 or 2).
While the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are not that expensive in some countries, they are very expensive in India. So, if you can afford them, then this is the first smartphone which we will recommend you this year.
Google Nexus 6P
If you are not that iOS fan and are looking for something impressive in Android market, then Google’s new Nexus 6P is what you should buy. The Nexus 6P is no doubt the best Android smartphone in the market. It has everything which you would want to see in your dream phone: a premium and attractive design, fast performance, no ugly customizations (pure stock version of Android), fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C and the latest version of Android.
Even the screen is perfect. I mean it is neither big nor small. It is perfect for everything, you can watch, play or read. And thanks to its 2K resolution, the display screen looks stunning from every angle.
One of the biggest advantage of buying a Nexus smartphone is that you will always get new Android updates directly from the Google.
So, if you want to buy the best Android smartphone then Nexus 6P is what you should get.
Samsung Galaxy S6
Samsung’s latest Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are the best smartphones for Samsung fans. Just like the iPhone 6s and Nexus 6P, the Galaxy S6 also packs premium design, amazing display and great camera. But what put it down in our list is its bad battery life, same old software skin and not so impressive performance.
If you love the features of the Nexus 6P, but don’t have enough budget to buy it, then in that case you should definitely check the Nexus 5X. Launched along with the Nexus 6P, the LG made Nexus 5X is cheap, compact and feature packed smartphones. Just like its big brother, the Nexus 5X also features a fingerprint reader on the back, dual LED flash and USB Type-C port. It also runs latest version of Android and will get all the future Android updates directly from Google.
LG’s newly launched big smartphone has a secondary display on its top. It is a beautifully designed smartphone and has top of the line camera. But thanks to its expensive price tag and not that impressive software features, the LG V10 is in our runner ups list.
Sony Xperia Z5
Although we will not recommend this smartphone, but it is worth mentioning in the list. We are in 2015 now and Sony is still giving us a phone with same old design and some small upgrades. One of the very few reason why we added Xperia Z5 in this list was because of its battery life and camera.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5
For all the big screen lovers, the Galaxy Note 5 might be an amazing phone. Although it is somehow similar to the Nexus 6P, but its expensive price tag is what made it less better option than the Nexus 6P.
I will not recommend this smartphone. There are many reason for that. The first one is it lacks NFC, which is required for Android Pay, you can’t buy it whenever you want (thanks to the weird Invite system), its fingerprint sensor is not that good, normal Full HD display and nothing impressive apart from low price tag.
So, in simple words, I can’t recommend the OnePlus 2. For me, the Nexus 5X is more better option.
